With 18 years in the "idea business", Victor specializes in visual storytelling and conceptual campaign development that cuts through the noise. Having transitioned from a decorated career as a Senior Art Director at Romania's top agencies including Leo Burnett, MullenLowe, and Graffiti BBDO - he joined forces with his lifelong friend and copywriter, Andrei, to co-found their own creative boutique, Most Wanted Ideas. Together, they bring a "big agency" pedigree to a nimble, boutique setting, dedicated to crafting integrated advertising ideas that aren't just aesthetically striking, but strategically effective across every platform.

He is a creative copywriter who spent nearly two decades turning brand problems into ideas people actually remember. He worked across categories, formats, and budgets — from national campaigns to festival stages. The idea he belives in the most is that the right words, in the right order, can change how people feel about a brand. And because where is a copywriter, there must be an art director too, Andrei joined creative forces with his longtime partner, Victor, to set Most Wanted Ideas and continue to draw powerful campaigns.

Passionate about creating meaningful experiences, with a background in organizing corporate and private events, she will do the magic ‘behind the scenes’, so you can enjoy a seamless experience next to the conference stage. Outside of work, Ruxandra loves to travel, explore new places and flavors, or just relax with her cat.

A minimalist by nature, Bagheera believes that "less is more" - especially when it comes to the amount of space left for your mouse on the desk. He has a keen eye for movement and an even keener ear for the sound of a tuna tin opening three floors away. If he likes your campaign, he might let you pet him. If he doesn't, expect a tail-flick of disapproval.
